جنبش زنان عدالتخواه افغانستان

جنبش عدالتخواه زنان افغانستان یک سازمان مستقل حقوق بشری است که پس از بازگشت طالبان به قدرت در 15 اوت 2021، در واکنش به سرکوب سیستماتیک حقوق زنان تأسیس شد. این جنبش متعهد به دفاع از کرامت زنان، مبارزه با تبعیض جنسیتی، و توانمندسازی زنان از نظر اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی است. از طریق آموزش، افزایش آگاهی، حمایت و همکاری بین المللی، ما به عنوان صدای قوی زنان افغان در داخل و خارج از کشور خدمت می کنیم. ما به طور مستمر در جهت ساختن جامعه ای آزاد، برابر و آگاه هستیم که در آن زنان بتوانند با کرامت و مشارکت کامل زندگی کنند.

آنچه ما انجام می‌دهیم

ما متعهد به ایجاد فرصت‌های آموزشی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و روانی برای زنان و دختران افغان هستیم که تحت حکومت طالبان از حقوق اساسی خود محروم شده‌اند. تمرکز ما بر آموزش، توانمندسازی اقتصادی، و ایجاد فضاهای امن برای رشد است. فعالیت‌ها شامل موارد زیر می‌باشد:
  • کلاس‌های حضوری و آنلاین در زمینه زبان انگلیسی، سواد رایانه‌ای و آموزش پایه
  • آموزش‌های حرفه‌ای: خیاطی، صنایع دستی، آشپزی، قالیبافی، طراحی مد و بازاریابی دیجیتال
  • برنامه‌های ورزشی و تفریحی برای دختران پناهجوی افغان در ایران و پاکستان برای ارتقاء سلامت، اعتماد به نفس و هم‌پذیری اجتماعی
  • حمایت روانی-اجتماعی و جلسات آگاهی در مورد حقوق زنان، پیشگیری از خشونت مبتنی بر جنسیت و التیام عاطفی
این برنامه‌ها مسیرهای واقعی برای یادگیری، درآمدزایی و کرامت فراهم می‌کنند. از حامیان مالی و شرکای خود دعوت می‌کنیم تا از این ابتکارات اثبات‌شده حمایت کنند و اثرگذاری را گسترش دهند و تغییرات پایدار ایجاد نمایند. توانمندسازی زنان، آینده‌ای قوی‌تر برای همه می‌سازد.
