J.D. Vance, the Vice President of the United States, recently stated that the Taliban is one of the worst terrorist organizations in the world.
During his visit to the U.S. military base in Pituffik, located in the northernmost part of Greenland, Vance said: “Approximately $80 billion worth of military equipment was handed over to one of the worst terrorist organizations in the world (the Taliban).”
He also recalled the killing of 13 American soldiers at Kabul airport, calling it a “catastrophic mistake.”
It is worth mentioning that the presence of American weapons in the hands of the Taliban has sparked a wave of criticism.
The Taliban terrorists sell American weapons on the black market, making them accessible to other terrorist groups, thereby endangering regional and global security.
